Weekend
I actually had to pull the boys shorts out from the basement, still in disbelief. I also had to turn the air on, crazy! It was so nice driving around with the sunroof open, sun shining on our faces, wind blowing through our hair, how we have missed this. We are soaking it up as much as possible since the weather predicts temps back in the 50's by the weekend.
We had a really nice weekend, shopping, Mexican dinner at Cozumel, Aaron stayed the weekend as usual. We rented Hugo, good movie. Andrew had a birthday party Sunday afternoon and we went house hunting. We go through this a few times a year, get the itch, start looking and than call it a day. One day we will be serious about it, who knows if maybe its soon.
I like our house but we are outgrowing it fast and there are certain things we really need and this house just doesn't have it. We definitely want to move out of Brunswick though, now we just need to decide where it is we want to end up. It's exciting looking at brand new houses though in the mean time.

Finally! 3/15/12
Andrew lost his first tooth!!! He has been waiting forever it seems! Ethan was 5 1/2 when he lost his, Drew just turned 6 1/2 so he has been bummed for quite some time. He ate an apple at school last week and loosened it up a lot. So all last week and this week everyone has been asking to pull it for him and he wasn't having it. Aunt Mary even made it bleed lol, he was NOT happy! So yesterday we were playing at the neighbors house and the tooth was completely sideways so Drew pulled it out himself. He was SO cute!!! He must have said 30 times, Mom - isn't it so cool that I lost my tooth? We sent Matt a picture right away because he has been in Canada all week (boo!) and than he wanted to tell his teacher next.
When Ethan lost his first tooth he got $20 and wanted to save it for a car or house. So this morning I was anxious to see how much Drew got, $20 for him too. Do you think he wants to save it? Nope, he wanted to go to the store right than at 7:30 to spend it lol! I told him tomorrow since we have family bingo tonight. We are really excited for this, still bummed Matt won't make it home in time but I am looking forward to spending some alone time with the older boys while Aaron watches Brady for me.

Weather
I still can't believe that its been in the 70's all week here, this is just crazy talk for an Ohio March, but we will take it. We have been spending so much time outside which is so nice after months being couped up inside. Last night we were out until 7:30 at night! Got to soak up that sun while we can.
Speaking of soaking up the sun, we planned our vacation for spring break. We will be going to Washington D.C. for 2 days and Ocean City Maryland for 5 days. I am so super excited, we haven't been on a vacation in a long time. I mean, we did go to North Carolina with Matt back in September so I could finally meet my friend Christine Gould. And we had such a fantastic time with her and her kids but Matt had to work the whole week so it really wasn't a true vacation like this one will be where we get to spend it with him as well.
We plan on going to the Smithsonian and the White House for sure. Ethan is super excited for that because he has learned about it at school. We found out my Mom will be there at the same time so we are planning on meeting up with her and her friend Linda. Aaron is going with us to help us out with the boys a few nights so Matt and I get to spend some time alone as well. And it will be fun for him too because he will go golfing with Matt and Ethan, he also plans on going crab fishing which I personally can't wait for! We found a 3 bedroom condo that we rented at Ocean City and there is an indoor pool since I am sure the ocean will be too cold, plus I hate it! So it should be a really nice time and I am counting down the days already!

Playing Catch Up
Having a blog sounded fun, until life got in the way and there was no time to update. Let's see what I can remember.
Andrew had a few friends over and even went to one of his friends houses without me. This was a big step for us. I prepped him a lot before he went and told him I wanted him on his best behavior, I wanted his friends Mom to say what a good boy he was, no potty talk and all that jazz. And that is exactly what happened, his Mom said he was so well behaved and polite and he is welcome any time - score!!!
Ethan went swimming with his best friends family last week and was diving and in the deep end the whole time. So proud of him and can't wait for summer so that he can show off his skills to us. Speaking of summer, this weather has been amazing!!! 70's and sunny, in March, awesome!!!
We had family game night over the weekend with a chili theme, so fun! We always have such a good time when my family comes over, so many laughs and so enjoyable.
I haven't had time to craft recently, I need to get on that. I was going to make stuff for Easter but haven't found the time so if it doesn't happen I will not stress myself out.

Unfortunately Matt can't go so Uncle Aaron is going to help me out (he's so awesome). This is where I won the $125 gift certificate last year to have my hair cut and colored so we are hoping for another big win. The boys have their eye on an electric scooter, how fun would that be if they could win it!
